MEET TAONGA MISS LUSAKA PAGEANT 2023 CONTESTANT

Taonga Chakulunta is a 22-year-old from Lusaka, specifically from the Mtendere East area. She completed her secondary education in 2018 at Kabulonga Girls High School and is currently involved in business while pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Taonga has a passion for modelling and uses it as a platform to inspire and encourage others to believe in themselves.

Her hobbies include swimming, reading, and exploring new things. She has achieved great success in the modelling industry, winning the Miss Humanitarian Zambia Sports Queen in 2018 and becoming the 2nd runner-up in the Miss Face of Beauty International Zambia in 2019.

Taonga’s purpose for participating in the Miss Lusaka Beauty Pageant is to grow and develop the resilience to handle whatever life throws her way while also gaining empowerment, opportunities, and exposure.
